Place your order before December 21 for delivery this holiday season; as we will be taking some much needed time off with family from December 23-28.

not for Resale
Here's how to brew it:

Heat 8oz water to 195-200°F

Use 1 sample packet of loose Sifted Tea
(or approx 2tsp) per 12-16oz of water

Steep for a minimum of 5 minutes. To make it stronger, add more tea or use less water. To make it weaker... You get the idea.

French Press | Tea Pot | Tea Infuser | Reusable Muslin Bag | Percolator / Pour-Over

However you like to steep tea, go for it! It can also steep like a coffee - hence the french press and pour-over techniques. Keep in mind that the flavor only gets stronger and bolder (with more hints of chocolate) the longer it steeps. Cacao tea doesn't get bitter or acidic. It just gets more awesome. Steep 4-6 hours and chill for an iced tea concentrate!

I brewed it longer than suggested but for my taste it isn't strong enough.

Sifted Tea

Thank you for the review, Patty! It's a mild, almost nutty or earthy flavor and unfortunately there's not much that can be done about the lighter tone of it. You could try a different steeping method; if you haven't already. Perhaps a french press? By agitating the husks after it's steeped for a while (plunging the press up and down a few times) you'll release more of the cacao butter and oils. We would suggest trying that, and another option would be to add some other base flavors depending on what your goals are; we just heard a review where someone added earl gray tea, and another who steeped it with just a tiny bit of coffee grounds (decaf or regular). Thanks for sharing your thoughts - we'd love for you to use the Promo Code "First10" applied at the checkout screen to save 10% on a future order.

My Favorite “After Dinner Drink"

More and more I’m finding I reach for my Cacao Tea before my dessert…and trust me, that’s saying something for me and my sweet tooth! Refreshing iced or soothing hot (and always NO caffeine!) makes this my favorite “after dinner drink”.
